Hello EMAlum, welcome to the EMAgora!
Hi everyone,
My name is Séphora Kermabon and I graduated from EMA in 2018. I can't believe it's been six years already! Since then, I've started my own law firm in Paris, specializing in human rights. Before embarking on this journey, I worked for international institutions, as an international lawyer in Amsterdam, and as a business and human rights consultant, both independently and for consulting firms.
I am enthusiastic about joining the EMA Board for several reasons:
Guidance and support: I strongly believe that an alumni network can provide guidance to students and recent graduates, addressing their doubts, questions and hopes. Having faced career challenges myself, I understand the importance of sharing experiences and opening up new possibilities and narratives.
Strengthen the network: I have several ideas for strengthening the EMAlumni network, including creating a mentoring or "duo" system based on specific interests or specialisations. This initiative could provide targeted support and foster stronger connections.
Global connections: Speaking of connections, I always enjoy connecting with EMAlumni from around the world. EMA has always provided a friendly and multicultural environment, which I really appreciate.
Thank you for considering my candidacy and talk soon!
All the best,
Séphora
