Kelly Christine Wong, EMA 2017, Board Member

Good Day,

My name is Kelly C. Wong, I am an EMA Alumni (2017). Following graduation from EMA, I worked at international organisations including the ICC, UNESCO, and private sector across the EU and UK. In 2020, I returned to my home country (Canada), to continue my career at the Senate of Canada. More recently, I started a position at an internationally renown civil aviation / defense and security company. 

I am posting my candidacy for becoming a Board Member for the EMA Alumni this year. I currently serve as a Director on the Board of the McGill Women Alumnae Association, as well as the NATO Association of Canada. With these experiences, I will bring to the EMA Alumni skills that have be honed in my related work in organising international seminars/webinars, networking events, and career building events. Along with fellow Board Members: I plan to continuously improve the mentorship program, organise webinars for recent graduates and young professionals, as well as connect current students and EMA Alumni with professionals in the field through networking events. There is much that can be achieved by the Board Members, and I am determined to be part of these strategic discussions and concrete efforts to realise the association's goals.
