Hello vibrant EMA community !
I am thrilled to candidate to join the Board of the EMAlumni association.
I am a 2007 EMA graduate with 12+ years work experience on the field and as a refugee status determination officer within the french governmental offices.
Now I am based in Leipzig, Germany with my binational family and I am an Integrative Life Coach.
I consider my new profession to be a perfect continuum in my Human Rights career as I strive to help change makers, human rights activists, climate activists to take care of their mental health reducing high and low anxiety and keeping faith in their impact in making the world a better place.
In my opinion, our community of human rights defenders, professionals, activists do need connections, supports and resources all along our career path.
That's how I perceive the role and the mission of the EMAlumni association : an organisation that not only can provide an exchange of expertise but call also offer support to build one's career in the long run , in the ups and downs.
I am currently helping the association with the communication on social media.
By now, you have understand that if I joined the Board, I will try to push through mental health issues, projects on raising awareness on vicarious traumatisation, PTSD...
